To hand down and conserve “Sangno Jigyeong Hardening,” which received first prize in the 40th Korea Folk Arts Festival and the 16th Residents of Gangwon-do Province Arts Competition, a folk museum and playground were formed in Sangno 2ri, Dongsong town with a total floor space of 33㎡. In the folk museum, the process of folk game is produced in a large wall painting. Also, Jigyeongmok and other folk material and articles are exhibited, and the museum offers movies about folk game. “Sangno Jigyong Hardening” became the 9th intangible cultural asset of Gangwon province on July 1, 2000.
